Shipping policy
At GAMI, we’re committed to delivering your order quickly and securely. This policy explains how shipping works for orders placed in our online store.
Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous United States.
At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations. We hope to add more soon!
Carriers
All orders are shipped via FedEx*
*Please note - FedEx cannot ship to PO Boxes. A physical address must be entered at checkout.
Shipping Rates
FREE Shipping with the purchase of the GAMI Turbo for a limited time.
Processing & Confirmation
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with your order details. If you do not see this email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@gamidesign.com.
Once your order ships, you will also receive a shipping confirmation email with your FedEx tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped.
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (such as weather, carrier delays, or high seasonal demand).
Address Accuracy
Please review and ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We cannot change addresses once an order has been processed.
We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If your shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order excluding the shipping fee.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once an order has been marked “Delivered” by FedEx, ownership of the package transfers to the customer.
If you are unable to locate your package, please first check with neighbors or your local FedEx facility. You may also file a claim directly with FedEx.

PO Boxes
We are unable to deliver to PO boxes at this time. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
