Every GAMI kit is backed by our 1-Year Satisfaction Guarantee. If something isn't right, whether it arrived damaged, is missing parts, or the experience didn't live up to what you hoped, reach out and we'll fix the problem or refund your money.

Two paths, depending on your situation

Changed your mind?
Sealed, unopened kits can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. Return shipping is your responsibility.

Something wrong with your kit?
That's covered by our 1-Year Satisfaction Guarantee. Whether your kit is opened, built, damaged, or missing parts, email us and we'll make it right. If your order was damaged in shipping, we'll handle the carrier claim on our end.

Email support@gamidesign.com with your order number. Include a brief description of the issue and photos if there's damage. We'll respond with next steps.
