Refund policy

At GAMI, we take pride in the quality of our papercraft kits and want you to feel confident in your purchase. This policy explains how returns, refunds, and replacements work.


Returns

  • You may return unopened and unused kits within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Returned items must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in new condition.
  • We cannot accept returns for kits that have been opened, partially built, or used, as they cannot be resold.


Return Shipping

  • If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact us right away (within 7 days of delivery). We’ll send a replacement or refund and handle the carrier claim on our end.
  • If you’re returning an item for other reasons (e.g., changed your mind), return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please remember - the item must be sealed and unopened.


Replacements for Defects

  • We inspect every GAMI kit before it leaves our workshop, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
  • If your kit arrives with missing or damaged parts, please contact us within 6 months of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue.
  • We’ll work with you to resolve it — typically by replacing the affected kit or finding another suitable solution.


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued back to your original form of payment once we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • We’ll notify you when your refund has been processed.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.


How to Start a Return or Replacement

  1. Email us at support@gamidesign.com with your order number.

  2. Include a brief description of the issue and photos (if the product has damage or defects).

  3. We’ll provide you with next steps, including return instructions if needed.
